This small oceanfront community is located in Pinellas County, north of Indian Rocks Beach and south of Clearwater Beach. A one-mile causeway (which allows for pedestrian, bicycle, and vehicle traffic) puts Belleair Beach residents just minutes from popular shopping, important amenities, grocery stores, pharmacies, the Pinellas Trail, and great schools in the nearby towns of Belleair, Largo, and Clearwater.

Belleair Beach is a two-mile-long stretch of residential land dedicated to oceanfront properties, beach-style residences, cabanas, and upscale resorts. The community is home to about 1,630 full-time residents, with the peaceful, cozy atmosphere drawing a diverse demographic of retirees, young families, and seasonal residents alike.

The City of Belleair Beach provides the needed infrastructure to ensure a high quality of life for residents, including 4,500 feet of manicured white sand beach, four beach access boardwalks, three resident-only beach parking areas, eleven public parks, two tennis courts, and a municipal marina.

Belleair Beach has its own city-managed marina, an excellent place to keep and launch a boat. The nearby Belleair Country Club hosts one of the best golf courses in the region. (The country club also has its own private marina and boat launch).

Belleair Beach hosts several annual events, including themed music and food gatherings at Bayside Park and community get-togethers at Morgan Beach Park. The tight-knit community is also well known for its spirit of volunteering and togetherness. The city organizes frequent community beach cleanups to ensure the environment is kept pristine and beautiful for all.
